About Zippit
Zippit was created in 2022, during a period when I was very concerned with my health. I have had long covid since the beginning of 2022, and that has forced me to listen to my body more closely and actively look for ways to feel fitter and more rested.
In that search, I ended up with something simple but effective: breathing well - and especially - through your nose. I particularly benefited from this at night. When I started using mouth tape to prevent breathing through my mouth, I noticed that I slept better and had more energy during the day. That was the beginning of Zippit.
Why nose breathing?
On average, a person breathes about 20,000 times a day. Doing so through your nose has all kinds of benefits:
You filter and warm the air you breathe in
You reduce snoring and dry mouth
You promote sleep and concentration
You simply breathe more efficiently
Yet many people often unknowingly breathe through their mouths, especially in their sleep. Zippit helps to break that pattern
Zippit is there for everyone who wants to do something for their health and energy in an approachable way. No miracle drugs, no big promises - just good products that help you breathe better. Want to try it yourself? We are happy to help you get started.
